The >SAS< Punch Degater effectively degates difficult fan gates or precision requirements such as vestiges under +/- 0.005”.  The degater can be either hand or robotically loaded onto the die slide.  Once parts are in place, the slide automatically shuttles under the punch for degating.  The unit is fully automatic with a programmable PLC, which is interfaceable to the robot control.  If required for manual operation, non-tie down palm buttons and a light curtain are available for safety (OSHA) requirements.
